Our Coupler Lift Assist Device (CLAD) EZ PIT® is an ergonomical solution to help operators on site. It is designed to move and connect the coupler with the pit valve with limited muscular efforts. Already in operation in several international european airport, it works great with pressure regulated couplers manufactured by Cla-Val, Eaton Carter and Meggit.

It is endorsed by Cla-Val in accordance with EI 1584 4th Edition, Paragraph 3.9.3 Hydrant coupler breakaway test, for the 353GF-3 Hydrant Pressure Coupler.
Both the steady load test and impact load tests were performed with the equipment combination listed above and found to comply with all specification requirements.
