Simple operation If the instrument under test and the precision digital manometer type CPG1500 are connected to the test pump, when the pump is activated, the same pressure will be applied to both instruments.  The test pressure is accurately set by means of the fine adjustment valve.  It is then possible to check the accuracy and/or setting of the pressure measuring instrument under test by comparing the two measured values with a given pressure value.
